FEED YOUR HEAD

In The Dead Of Night

Under the cover of darkness while the hardworking people of America slept in preparation for another work week, the Democratic Socialist Party made their move. The House of Representatives passed a morally corrupt, unconstitutional bill by the barest of majorities built of the most evil coalition of misanthropes and thieves. Like roaches and vermin, the Democratic Socialists waited for our lights to go out and for us to go to sleep before they sprang into action. While few can compare in moral bankruptcy to Democratic Socialists Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid, representatives Bart Stupak of Michigan, Marcy Kaptur and Steve Driehaus of Ohio, Kathleen Dahlkemper and Chris Carney of Pennsylvania, Alan Mollohan of West Virginia and Nick Rahall of West Virginia have been exposed for the souless demons that they are. While we are not sure what fee they accepted for their betrayal of their constituents, the American People, and humanity, we know the devil who delivered it.

We will eradicate these vile creatures from our House come November.

But now is the time to let our light shine. The abuse of the American People by the American Federal Government needs to be brought to an end. The answer is simple. Today, 39 states are preparing to fight this law in the courts, and that is admirable. However, the Democratic Socialist Party will continue it's agenda of "fundamentally transforming the United States," as its chief Socialist promises. It is time to stop them in their tracks. With 39 states aligned against this bill and it's unconstitutional nature, we need to push our State Governments to call a States Constitutional Convention to pass a "Commerce Clause" amendment that leaves no doubt as to where the Federal Government's power stops. Such an Amendment could be used to transfer all unconstitutional programs and activities to the States to do with as they wish.

Only 33 states approval is necessary to pass such an amendment and we already have 39.

States would have Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare, Environmental Protection, Parks, and many other programs and their tax revenues handed over to them to implement, adjust, or dispose of as they see fit. States would decide whether or not to drill and develop energy resources within their jurisdictions (this alone would directly create over 15 million new jobs and millions of additional infrastructure and support jobs). Taxes from Texas would no longer be sent to California, New York, and New Jersey to subsidize their bad decisions. Successful states with jobs and prosperity would attract the best and brightest, while welfare states would sink into poverty and bankruptcy.

Time to shine our light, folks. Time to boot the Democratic Socialists out of Congress. Time to return the government to its rightful owners. Time to put an end to over-reaching by the Federal Government through the Commerce Clause.

It's our time to fight for our country and rekindle its beacon of liberty. Contact your statehouse and demand a States Constitutional Convention to reafirm State primacy through a Commerce Clause Amendment.

Patriots Wanted; time to shine.
